Return Conditions

• Timeframe: Within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition  : Unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Return Process

1. Request: Email info@sayonaraclothing.nl for a return number and instructions
2. Packaging: Pack the clothing with the packing slip and return form. Clearly mark the return number on the package.

Costs and Refunds

• Return Costs: Customer pays return shipping, unless defective upon receipt.
• Refund: Within 14 days of return approval, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges

• For a different size or color: Return the original item and place a new order.
